Keyword name for to-value of SPCVAL or SNGVAL parameter not valid with data type.

Cause . . . . . : Keyword name is valid for to-value of SPCVAL or SNGVAL parameter only if the data type specified is *VARNAME.
Recovery . . . : Change the to-value of the SPCVAL or the SNGVAL parameter to the data type specified.
