Keyword dependency not valid with PASSVAL(*NULL).

Cause . . . . . : When you specify PASSVAL(*NULL) for a keyword, you cannot use RANGE or REL to define a dependency on another keyword.
Recovery . . . : Specify PASSVAL(*DFT). Compile the command again.
