CONSTANT not specified correctly on QUAL statements.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When CONSTANT is specified in a group of QUAL statements, all following QUAL statements in the group must have CONSTANT specified.
Recovery . . . : Either specify CONSTANT for all of the QUAL statements in the group that follow the first QUAL statement on which CONSTANT is specified, or do not specify CONSTANT.
