Default or constant value required as from-value on SNGVAL parameter.

Cause . . . . . : The default value or constant value for a list or a qualified name must be used as a from-value on the SNGVAL parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either change the default or the constant value to be the same as the from-value on the SNGVAL parameter, or change the from-value to be the same as the default or the constant value.
