Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Keywords with type *ZEROELEM, and the keywords that are constants are not required when comparing parameters because these keywords are always present and have specific values.
Recovery . . . : For a more efficient command definition, delete the keywords with type *ZEROELEM or the keywords that are constants when comparing parameters.
