Parameter &2 not allowed for CTL parameter because RTNVAL(*YES) was specified for parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Parameter &2 cannot be used to condition prompting for other parameters because RTNVAL(*YES) was specified for that parameter.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value of the parameter RTNVAL(*YES) for parameter &2, or omit the PMTCTL statement, or change the value for the CTL parameter.
