Cause . . . . . : A PARM statement with *YES specified for the KEYPARM parameter follows a PARM statement with *NO specified for the KEYPARM parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either change the value of the KEYPARM parameter to *NO, or change the preceding KEYPARM parameters to *YES.
