DCLBINFLD(*INT) parameter is ignored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The DCLBINFLD(*INT) parameter is ignored because there are no binary fields in display device files.
Recovery . . . : Either change the DCLBINFLD parameter to *DEC, or change the file name to reference a database file, and then try compiling the CL procedure again.
