Device file saved before System/38 Release 5 not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device files which were saved from a System/38 that had a release level lower than 5 cannot be restored to this system. These device files are not allowed.
Recovery . . . : The device file should be restored on a Release 8 System/38. This will change the format of the file. After restoring the file on the System/38, analyze the device files (ANZDEVF command) to look for the device file functions that cannot be used on this system. After correcting any errors, the device file may be moved to this system.
