Hexadecimal initial value does not match variable type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The initial hexadecimal value does not match the variable type and length. The command is ignored.
Recovery . . . : Change the initial value (VALUE parameter). If the control language (CL) program was created, delete it (DLTPGM command). Then try the CRTCLPGM command again.
