Cause . . . . . : The VAR parameter does not contain a variable or an allowable built-in function name.
Recovery . . . : Change the VAR parameter to specify a variable or an allowable built-in function. Then try the CRTCLPGM command again. Allowable built-in functions are %SUBSTRING, %SST, %BINARY or %BIN.
