Variable &1 declared but not referred to.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Variable &1 was declared but not referred to in the program. Variable &1 was not placed in the program. It cannot be displayed or altered while in debug mode.
Recovery . . . : Remove the declare command from your source program. If the control language (CL) program was created, delete it (DLTPGM command). Then try the CRTCLPGM command again.
