Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Decimal positions not valid for a variable that is not a decimal variable.
Recovery . . . : From the Declare (DCL) command, remove the decimal position value (LEN parameter). If the control language (CL) program was created, delete it (DLTPGM command). Then try the CRTCLPGM command again.
