Variable &1 cannot contain program name.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : On a CALL or Transfer Control (TFRCTL) command, variable &1 cannot contain the program name because it is not declared as a type character (*CHAR) variable.
Recovery . . . : Specify a character variable, or a built-in function that produces a type character result, as the parameter value. Then try the CRTCLPGM command again.
