Cause . . . . . : The label in the CMDLBL parameter is the same as the label on the GOTO command containing the CMDLBL parameter. Therefore, the GOTO command branches to itself.
Recovery . . . : Change the CMDLBL parameter or the label on the GOTO command, then try the CRTCLPGM command again.
