Floating point variable &1 not valid in program.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file specified in the FILE parameter of the Declare File (DCLF) command contains a field that is defined as a floating point field. Control language (CL) programs cannot contain floating point fields.
Recovery . . . : Change the file definition to remove the floating point field, change the name of the file on the DCLF command, or change the RCDFMT parameter of the DCLF command so that the format containing the floating point field is not referred to. Then try the CRTCLPGM command again.
