*FILE not valid for file with more than one record format.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file being referred to has more than one record format. *FILE should be specified for the RCDFMT parameter when the device file contains only one record format.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, then try the CRTCLPGM command again:
-- Specify a record format name (RCDFMT parameter).
-- Create the file again with only one record format.
-- Change the FILE parameter of the Declare File (DCLF) command to refer to a file with only one record format.
