Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You cannot create a control language (CL) program with the same name as a CL program that already exists.
Recovery . . . : Change the program name or library name (PGM parameter), or delete the existing program (DLTPGM command). Then try the CRTCLPGM command again.
