Built-in function &1 not valid for S/38 environment.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &1 built-in function is not valid when used in the System/38 environment.
Recovery . . . : Either do not use the &1 built-in function or convert the program from System/38 command syntax to IBM i command syntax using the CVTCLSRC command and recompiling the program in the IBM i environment.
