*NONE must be specified for one of schedule date or day.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You cannot specify *NONE for both schedule date (SCDDATE parameter) and schedule day (SCDDAY parameter), but you must specify *NONE for one of schedule date or schedule day. The schedule date parameter defaults to *CURRENT, so if you specified the schedule day parameter, then you must also specify *NONE for the schedule date.
Recovery . . . : Change the value specified for the schedule date (SCDDATE parameter) or schedule day (SCDDAY parameter), and then try your request again.
