Omit date not valid with *ONCE for frequency.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An omit date (OMITDATE parameter) is not valid when a value of *ONCE is specified for the frequency (FRQ parameter). The omit date is not included in the entry.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Job Schedule Entries (WRKJOBSCDE) command to ensure the entry is correct.
