QJOBSCD system job not active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The requested function has completed. However, when the system job QJOBSCD was notified about the new scheduling information, QJOBSCD was not active. Because QJOBSCD controls the scheduling function, no job schedule entries will be submitted and no scheduled jobs will run until the QJOBSCD system job is started again.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Job (WRKJOB) command to see the messages in the QJOBSCD job log to determine the cause of the QJOBSCD system job ending. To start the QJOBSCD system job again, power down the system (PWRDWNSYS command) and then do an initial program load (IPL) of the system.
