INLJOBS must be greater than or equal to THRESHOLD.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value of the initial jobs (INLJOBS) parameter must be greater than or equal to the value of the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter.
Recovery . . . : If the error occurred on the Change Prestart Job Entry (CHGPJE) command, you can view the values for these parameters using the Display Subsystem Description (DSPSBSD) command. Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Make the INLJOBS parameter greater than or equal to the THRESHOLD parameter.
-- Make the THRESHOLD parameter less than the INLJOBS parameter.
-- Change both parameters to ensure that the INLJOBS parameter is greater than or equal to the THRESHOLD parameter.
