Cause . . . . . : Values QDBSHR, QDOC, QRJE, QSECOFR, QSPL, QDFTOWN, QTSTRQS and QSYS cannot be used with the user (USER) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Change the USER parameter value and then try the command again.
