FROMTIME not within range of collection.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified a starting date and time before the collection started or after the last interval of data was collected for it; if the collection you selected has not ended yet, or did not end normally, any starting date and time you specify must not be later than the time your request is processed or more than a day later than the time the collection started.
Probable causes:
-- Your collection object choice is not what you intended.
-- The collection started later than, or ended sooner than, you thought.
-- You specified starting time incorrectly (01:00:00 instead of 13:00:00, for example).
Recovery . . . : Choose the collection you intended or change what you used for starting date or time, and then run the command again.
