Cause . . . . . : You specified *ACTIVE for the end date for creating data from a collection that is not active.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then run the command again:
-- To use the active collection, specify *ACTIVE instead of a collection object name.
-- Use an end date other than *ACTIVE.
