Cause . . . . . : Your CRTPFRDTA database library choice, &1, could not be used. Some possible reasons:
-- The library does not exist.
-- You do not have *READ and *ADD authorization to the library.
-- The library was locked for establishing the file level.
-- The QAPM* performance files are at an incompatible level.
Recovery . . . : Look at the job log for messages with additional information.
