Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Prestart job entry &1 in &2 in subsystem description &3 in &4 cannot be removed because a prestart job is active and using this entry.
Recovery . . . : To remove this prestart job entry, do one of the following:
- End the active prestart job (ENDPJ) and try the command again.
- End the active subsystem (ENDSBS) and try the command again.
