Job queue entry &1 in &2 cannot be removed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Job queue entry &1 in &2 in subsystem description &3 in &4 cannot be removed because a job that was submitted to job queue &1 in &2 is active.
Recovery . . . : To remove the job queue entry, do one of the following:
- Change the maximum active jobs to 0 (CHGJOBQE), wait until all the active jobs complete, and try the command again.
- Change the maximum active jobs to 0 (CHGJOBQE), end the currently active job (ENDJOB), and try the command again.
- End the active subsystem (ENDSBS) and try the command again.
