Communication entry &1 &2 cannot be changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Communication entry &1 &2 in subsystem description &3 in &4 cannot have the maximum active jobs parameter (MAXACT) changed to 0 because the entry is being used.
Recovery . . . : To change the communication entry maximum active jobs parameter to 0, do one of the following:
- Wait for the job using the communication entry to complete and then try the command again.
- End the active subsystem and try the command again.
