Routing entry with compare value of *ANY already exists.

Cause . . . . . : A routing entry with a compare value of *ANY already exists in this subsystem description. Only one routing entry specifying *ANY can exist in a subsystem description.
Recovery . . . : Either remove or change the entry containing the *ANY value (RMVRTGE or CHGRTGE command) or change the compare value (CMPVAL parameter). Then try the command again.
