File &1 in library &2 not accessible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file type or existence of record format &3 cannot be verified. The file may be damaged, saved with storage freed, or allocated to another job.
Recovery . . . : If the file is saved with storage freed, restore the file (RSTOBJ command). If the file is damaged it must be deleted (DLTF command) and created again (CRTDSPF command). See the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for more information on damaged objects.
