Value specified for DFTUSR parameter not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Values QDBSHR, QDOC, QRJE, QSECOFR, QSPL, QDFTOWN, QTSTRQS and QSYS cannot be used with the DFTUSR parameter.
Recovery . . . : Change the DFTUSR parameter value and then try the command again.
