Mode &2 not found in device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The mode specified (MODE parameter) was not found in the device specified (DEV parameter). The system assumes the error will be corrected before the communications entry is used.
Recovery . . . : Add the mode to the device description (CHGDEVAPPC command), or if the device name or the mode name is not correct, first remove the communications entry (RMVCMNE command) and then add it again (ADDCMNE command), specifying the correct device name and mode name. Then try the request again.
