Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- The user profile does not exist.
-- The user profile name was not specified correctly.
Recovery . . . : Correct the user profile name (USER parameter) or have the security officer create a user profile (CRTUSRPRF command) and then try the command again.
