Authority verification to CHGACGCDE command failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When other than *USRPRF is specified for the accounting code (ACGCDE parameter), you need *USE authority to change the accounting code (CHGACGCDE command). One of the following occurred:
-- You do not have *USE authority to the Change Accounting Code (CHGACGCDE) command and you did not specify *USRPRF for the accounting code (ACGCDE parameter).
-- The Change Accounting Code (CHGACGCDE) command was not found.
-- The command processing program for the Change Accounting Code (CHGACGCDE) command has been changed.
Recovery . . . : Display the object authority (DSPOBJAUT command) to determine your authority to the Change Accounting Code (CHGACGCDE) command. Then do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Specify *USRPRF for the ACGCDE parameter.
-- If you do not have *USE authority, get the authority from the security officer.
-- If you already have the required authority or if the command cannot be found, restore the Change Accounting Code (CHGACGCDE) command.
