User not authorized to change ASP group.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The auxiliary storage pool (ASP) group for a subsystem description can only be changed by a user with all object (*ALLOBJ) and security administrator (*SECADM) special authorities.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer give you the required special authorities or have the security officer change the ASP group (CHGSBSD command).
