An ASP number or an ASP device name must be specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : No value was specified for the ASP or ASPDEV parameter, or a value was specified for both the ASP and ASPDEV parameters, and the balance type (TYPE parameter) specified is *CAPACITY, *USAGE, *HSM, or *MP.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value for only the ASP parameter or only the ASPDEV parameter.
