Message : CPD1911
START plus LEN values exceed length of string.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : The specified starting position and length values exceed the length of the character or bit string variable. If any value is displayed for the variable, it is shortened to the length of the available space.
Recovery . . . : Either use START(1) and LEN(*DCL) to display the value from the start of the string, or specify a START and LEN parameter combination that is no larger than the current length of the string in the ADDBKP, ADDTRC, or DSPPGMVAR command. Then, try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If the starting position is larger than the string length, no data is shown for the variable. The combination of START(1) and LEN(*DCL) is valid even if the string has a length of zero.
