New tape volume not mounted in tape drive.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The tape volume that is mounted to be initialized has the same name as the one that was just initialized. You may not have mounted another tape before pressing Enter.
Recovery . . . : If the wrong tape is mounted on the tape device, mount another tape and press Enter. If this is the right tape, press Enter to continue to initialize it. Press F12 to cancel the initialize.
