Report type *FLR only valid if *SYSBAS specified for ASP device.

Cause . . . . . : Folders are not allowed on auxiliary storage pool (ASP) devices, they are only allowed on the system ASP and basic ASPs.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Do not specify the ASPDEV parameter.
-- Do not specify *FLR in the RPTTYPE parameter.
