Cause . . . . . : A value other than *ALL was specified for the Libraries (LIB) parameter and the Report type (RPTTYPE) parameter is not *LIB.
Recovery . . . : Specify *ALL for the Libraries (LIB) parameter or specify *LIB for the Report type (RPTTYPE) parameter and try the request again.
