Cause . . . . . : A value other than *ALL was specified for the Folders (FLR) parameter and the Report type (RPTTYPE) parameter is not *FLR.
Recovery . . . : Specify *ALL for the Folders (FLR) parameter or specify *FLR for the Report type (RPTTYPE) parameter and try the request again.
