Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value other than *NONE was specified for the Objects (OBJ) parameter and the Report type (RPTTYPE) parameter is *FLR.
Recovery . . . : Specify *NONE for the Objects (OBJ) parameter or specify *LIB, *OWN, or *OBJ for the Report type (RPTTYPE) parameter and try the request again.
