Cause . . . . . : The following system libraries cannot be cleared:
QRECOVERY
QSPL, QSPLnnnn
QSYS
QSYS2
QSYSCGI
SYSIBM
SYSIBMADM
SYSPROC
SYSTOOLS
(where 'nnnn' is the number of a basic user auxiliary storage pool (ASP) or a primary or secondary ASP).
Recovery . . . : Change the library name specified. Then try the request again.
