DTAAUT and OBJAUT cannot be *NONE when USER is *PUBLIC.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value *NONE specified on the DTAAUT and OBJAUT parameters is not valid when *PUBLIC is specified on the USER parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again.
-- Do not specifiy *PUBLIC on the USER parameter.
-- Specify a value other than *NONE for either the DTAAUT or OBJAUT parameter.
