ASPDEV parameter not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : The ASPDEV parameter is only allowed when the value for the ASP parameter is *ALL.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Do not specify the ASPDEV parameter.
-- Do not specify the ASP parameter.
-- Change the ASP parameter value to be *ALL.
