Message queue &1 in library &2 is logically damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Message queue &1 already exists in library &2 and is logically damaged.
Recovery . . . : Delete the message queue (DLTMSGQ command), and then try the restore object (RSTOBJ) command again.
