Cannot display additional message information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Additional message information cannot be displayed for one of the following reasons:
-- You are not allowed to use the message queue.
-- You are not allowed to use the library containing the message queue.
-- The message queue could not be found.
-- The library containing the message queue could not be found.
-- The message could not be found on the message queue.
-- The message queue is damaged.
Recovery . . . :
-- If you are not allowed to use the message queue or library, ask the security officer for the needed authority.
-- If the message queue was not found, make sure it is in the library specified, or change the library name to the library containing the message queue.
-- If the library is not found and it exists, add the library to the library list.
-- If the library does not exist, create the library and create the message queue in the library.
-- If the message could not be found, the job will remain in the message wait state (*MSGW) until the specified wait time is met. If the wait time indicates to wait forever for a reply, then the job will need to be ended, otherwise it will remain in the message wait state forever.
-- If the message queue is damaged, the message queue must be deleted and then created again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The Retrieve Job Information (QUSRJOBI) API can be used to determine what message queue the job is waiting on. The Display Log (DSPLOG) CL command can be used to determine if any of the following messages were issued to indicate a problem with the message queue associated with the waiting job: CPI2405, CPI2406, CPI2407, CPI2408, CPI2409 or CPI2410.
