TOUSR parameter not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The TOUSR parameter is not allowed when TOMSGQ or TOPGMQ is specified. The TOUSR parameter was specified when the TOMSGQ or TOPGMQ parameter was specified.
Recovery . . . : Do not specify the TOMSGQ or TOPGMQ parameters when the TOUSR parameter is specified. Correct the error and try the request again.
